Mars Youth Lacrosse Association Boys Program Registration Fees & Refund Policy

REGISTRATION FEES OVERVIEW:

The total registration cost for each program with Mars Youth Lacrosse Association is listed within the registration link. Discounts including early bird and multi-player within family discounts are only available when listed within the registration program. These discounts are processed in your initial registration if it meets the parameters outlined in the registration. No exceptions will be made.

All registration costs must be paid in full prior to the start of the season.

NO PAY / NO PLAY POLICY:

Payment is expected at the time of registration. Players who have a balance will not be permitted to participate in practice or games.

REFUNDS FOR SKILLS CLINICS AND SPRING SEASON:

A full refund can be provided if a player withdraws from a program prior to the beginning of the first practice/game. If a player registers to a program but then willingly pulls out once practices have begun, no refund is provided. Please understand, once practices have begun, the organization has already paid fees that are nonrefundable including but not limited to player insurance, team fees, season budgets, etc. These fees prevent the organization from issuing a refund.

If a refund is awarded, a credit will be placed on your account for future programs. If your player is graduating from the program, an electronic refund will be given. A 7.5% transaction fee will be taken out of the refund balance.

REFUNDS FOR TOURNAMENTS:

A full refund can be provided if a player withdraws from a program 90 days prior to the tournament date. If a player registers to a program but then willingly pulls out within 89 days of the tournament, no refund is provided. Please understand, once practices have begun, the organization has already paid fees that are nonrefundable including but not limited to player insurance, team fees, season budgets, etc. These fees prevent the organization from issuing a refund.

If a refund is awarded, a credit will be placed on your account for future programs. If your player is graduating from the program, an electronic refund will be given. A 7.5% transaction fee will be taken out of the refund balance.
