MYLA Mulch Madness Fundraiser
What is Mulch Madness?
· Selling mulch by the bag or in yards to family, friends and neighbors.
· Any funds raised go towards EMT fees, field rental costs, field maintenance, league fees, equipment, Andy’s Assist and the MYLA Scholarship Fund.
Our Goal: Participation from ALL players and parents for this to be a success. This is our ONLY fundraiser and we need everyone’s help.
How does it work? Same ordering approach as last year- it’s EASY
o Every player will receive 8 Player Sale Cards in their uniform bag - for additional cards, email john_salvini@ultimatesoftware.com
o PLEASE PUT PLAYER NAME ON THE CARDS to receive credit for the sale
o Present the mulch program to family, friends and neighbors.
o Get their commitment and give them your Player Sale Card, which has the secure website address to go to purchase mulch and your name that you have written on the card.
o The buyer will place their order online with a credit card payment – no paper order forms or money to be collected!
o There is a donation icon on the website for those who wish to donate and not purchase mulch.
o Please remind the buyer that they must include the Player’s name along with the buyers desired delivery date (if applicable) in the Notes Section online BEFORE finalizing transaction
What Mulch is available?
o Mulch by the yard – each yard is 27 cu.ft.
o Premium Black Dyed Mulch
o Chocolate Brown Dyed Mulch
o Vivid Red Dyed Mulch
o Natural Dark Double Shredded mulch
o Mulch by the bag – each bag is 2 cu.ft. Approx. 14 bags is a yard
o Lower delivery charge: Orders inside Mars Area School District for yards or bags will have a $20 delivery charge or you may pick up at United Landscaping
o **Delivery minimum 2 yards or 10 bags**
o Customer may request the delivery day and time of their choice and United Landscaping will do their best to accommodate the request.

How to Order
o Go to our secure site at https://squareup.com/store/marsmulch
o Select mulch by the yard or bag, including the amount and desired color
o Checkout by including all necessary information, including Name, address, email, phone number along with credit card information on the secure site along with pick-up or shipping for delivery
o You must include the Player’s name along with the buyers desired delivery date (if applicable) in the Notes Section BEFORE finalizing transaction
o You will receive an email confirmation and United Landscaping will contact you regarding your delivery date (if applicable)

o Saturday, March 9th – Third Practice – Mulch Madness Meeting
o Saturday, April 20th – Sale Ends – Top Prizes
o Top seller overall receives a $250 Gift Card of their choice
Xbox, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Amazon, etc…
o Second-place seller receives $175 Gift Card of their choice
o Third-place seller receives $125 Gift Card of their choice
o Every player that has at least ONE sale will be entered in a drawing to win a $100 Gift Card of their choice OR receive a refund of their 2019 Registration Fee.
