Spring 2023 Mars Boys Youth Lacrosse Registration is Now Open! Before you proceed to registration, please read this email carefully for new and important details.
Registration is now open for the 2023 Spring Season. Registration is open to players K – 8 who reside in the Mars Area School District*. You must register online at www.marslax.org to participate. Register before January 16th and receive a $25 early bird discount!
UNIFORMS FOR 3rd THRU 8th GRADE PLAYERS
Mars Youth Boys Lacrosse will be utilizing the white jersey/short uniforms again this year. They are REQUIRED for all players 3rd through 8th grade. The uniforms consist of a game jersey, shorts and a practice pinnie. This will be the FINAL season that we will use this uniform. The 2024 season will be a different uniform.
In an effort to keep uniform costs low and to sell out our current inventory, we will be selling uniforms from our inventory. If you have a uniform from the spring 2022 season, you may use that uniform for the spring 2023 season. Please try it on and make sure it fits.

REGISTRATION FEES
K-2nd Grade Fees & Uniform Information:
$110 per child - Early Bird registration by January 16, 2023 is $85. No sibling discounts apply. A Practice/Game pinnie is included with registration and will be provided to you at the first Spring Season practice. You will select your pinnie size at registration. Uniform is NOT required. For games, K-2nd Grade players will wear their pinnies and any dark blue shorts, including our Mars Youth Lacrosse Crazy Shorts, which can be purchased at the start of the season.
3rd - 4th Grade Fees & Uniform Information:

DISCOUNTS and ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS:
- EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT! Early bird discount of $25 will be applied if you register by January 16, 2023.
- SIBLING DISCOUNT: We offer a $50 discount per subsequent child for grades 3 – 8 ONLY. This offer excludes K-2nd Grade Players.
- ANDY’S ASSIST: MYLA is pleased to continue to offer Andy’s Assist to qualifying families who would like to try lacrosse but may struggle with the registration fees. Please email

- Don’t forget to register for the 2023 Winter Skills Clinics that run from the beginning of January thru February on Friday nights at Lakeview Athletic Club. Information regarding the Winter Skills Clinics can be found on our website. Space is limited, so don’t wait to register.

* If you live in a district that does not offer a youth program, and you border the Mars School District you may play for a neighboring program. For example, Knoch borders Mars but does not have a youth program, therefore you may choose to play with either Mars or Butler (We hope you will consider Mars!).
